The Children’s Course | Our Central Hub

Located in Gladstone, Oregon, The Children’s Course is a non-profit golf facility that provides a safe and inclusive environment for kids and youth to affordably access and grow from the game of golf. This expansive facility includes an indoor Youth Learning Center center, a 9-hole, par-3 golf course, and a robust outdoor learning facility. The Children’s Course is truly a one-of-a kind golf facility that we are excited to share with our community.

The Children’s Course is also the home and central hub for First Tee – Greater Portland, the Oregon chapter of First Tee. Offering an amazing space for youth development, we are able to provide our community with year-round junior golf programs, both indoor and outdoor. These age-based programs include but are not limited to: 8-week classes, camps, clinics, tournaments, a Girls Golf program, a Caddie Program, mentor programs, and special events.

We currently host programs throughout the Portland Metro area and Eugene thanks to the support and commitment of various facility partners. It is their belief in our mission that makes it possible for so many youth throughout the state of Oregon to discover their inner potential through learning the game of golf.

Our partners go above and beyond in support of our mission. They provide space at their facility for us to host our seasonal programs, allowing use of their practice areas and golf course. With their partnership, we are able to tap into communities who could most benefit from our life-changing programs.
